Hula Girls Shave Ice © is the oldest most reliable Shave Ice and Dole Whip caterer on the mainland. We cater to San Diego, Los Angeles, Ventura and of course, Orange County!

Our Famous Hand Made Hula Girls Shave Ice Syrups never have Artificial Preservatives or High Fructose Syrup and is Dairy, Fat & Gluten Free!

We only use the best NSF approved BLOCK Ice Shavers and will always only shave block ice, have our Health permits and Insurance!

(From breaker box to outlet nothing else can be on that circuit) Hula Girls reserves the right to cancel service and the client will forfeit the deposit if the client misrepresented, misstated or lied i.e., electrical not adequate, steps or gravel, dangerous or hard to reach serving area, not forthcoming with pertinent service details, unsafe for staff, conflicts of interests. *NO OTHER EQUIPMENT CAN BE PLUGGED IN TO SAME CIRCUIT! NO EXCEPTIONS! Generator is $200 flat fee and is for 2 Dole Whip Machines. 
** Our machines are very heavy and expensive and are on rolling carts, we can not move them up stairs, roll them on uneven ground or gravel. if it's unsafe to roll we can not serve.  Please let us know if you are unsure.

*All Pricing is based on ACTUAL GUEST COUNT not how many you think may eat shave ice. We have based our pricing on 15 Years of service and we know some might not have one but others will have multiple. If we feel you intentionally mislead us we reserve the right to serve a strict limit of your order. Thank you for understanding!

Booking Info:
All Catering Events require a 50% Deposit to secure the date. The Remaining balance is due on the day of the event before set up. EVENTS WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Terms and Conditions:
Please be honest with us about anything that may affect serving. Inform us if there will be other caters onsite, we have proprietary methods of catering and do not want conflicts to arise. If conflicts were avoidable we may refuse service without a refund if we feel you were dishonest.  Unfortunately this has happened to many times to be overlooked, if you think something might be an issue ask us! Thank you for understanding.

Last minute reductions of serving time or guest count may significantly increase your price per person.  Final counts are due 1 week before service and can not be lowered or changed after that time.


Cancellation Policy:
If your Event is cancelled 21 days prior to your event, the full deposit will be held in the form of a credit good for 1 year from your original event date. All credits are subject to Hula Girls Availability. If cancelled 7 days prior a portion of deposit will be forfeited to cover product, time and staffing. The remainder may be used as a credit for 1 year.

Hula Girls maintains the right to cancel service and retain deposits if your event site is not easily accessible, dangerous or does not have adequate electricity in our professional opinion. Please check with us if you have any questions about access. (If you can't skateboard to it we cant serve on it.)



Hula Girls is not be responsible for inability to provide food or other services due to inclement weather or acts of God (including, without limitation, fire or earthquake).




Hula Girls Travels from OC to San Diego, Los Angeles, Ventura, & Santa Barbara Counties:
Depending on the size of your event we may require a mileage fee, please call or email for pricing!

IMPORTANT:
DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO HOLD A DATE!
                                  Clients are responsible for ALL Permit Cost.  
If the client needs additional insured listed on our Liability Insurance its $75, please provide it 2 weeks prior to your event date.  We cannot be held responsible for any misspellings or missing names or information that was not provided to us and if catering is cancelled due to missing information that was not provided within the 2 week period before your event, your deposit will not be refunded.
