Hula Girls Shave Ice is the oldest most reliable Shave Ice and Dole Whip caterer on the mainland. We cater to San Diego, Los Angeles, Ventura and of course, Orange County! We supply everything to make it pain free for you and have a professional staff that will set up our amazing tropical serving area, provide safe, top notch service and handle clean up, leaving YOU free to enjoy your event without the headaches and hassles of renting a machine, buying a few syrups or surprises!

Our Famous Hand Made Hula Girls Shave Ice Syrups never have Artificial Preservatives or High Fructose Syrup and is Dairy, Fat & Gluten Free!

We only use the best NSF approved BLOCK Ice Shavers and will always only shave block ice, have our Health permits and Insurance!

    Booking Info:
    All Catering Events require a 50% Deposit to secure the date. The Remaining balance is due on the day of the event before set up. Event dates CAN NOT be secured without a deposit! Sorry NO Exceptions! Hula Girls gladly excepts all major Credit Cards!

    Cancellation Policy:
    If your Event is cancelled 7 days prior to your event, the full deposit will be held in the form of a credit good for 1 year from your original event date. All credits are subject to Hula Girls Availability.

    Hula Girls maintains the right to refuse service if your event site in not easy accessible or dangerous in our professional opinion. Please check with us if you have any questions about access.


    Hula Girls Travels to San Diego, Los Angeles, Ventura, & Santa Barbara Counties:
    Depending on the size of your event we may require a mileage fee, please call or email for pricing!


    IMPORTANT:
    Clients are responsible for ALL Permit Cost.  
    If the client needs additional insured listed on our Liability Insurance, please provide it 2 weeks prior to your event date.  We cannot be held responsible for any misspellings or missing names or information that was not provided to us and if catering is cancelled due to missing information that was not provided within the 2 week period before your event, your deposit will not be refunded.
